That's supposed to be next year. Daylight savings time will
begin about three weeks earlier AND end about one week later.

Remember they went to daylight savings time in the winter back in the early 70s when there was the Arab oil embargo? I remember going to ctach the bus for school and it being pitch black out.
That's also when they brought in the 55 mph speed limit on the interstates.Go Cards ...12 in 13.

Yep, and the above reason is why they stopped doing that, too many kids got taken out by cars that couldn't see them.
And we do not mention the 55Mph hell, lest Joan Claybrook and Ralph Nader get thinking that 55 Mph is safer again..."Whaddya mean I hurt your feelings?"
