      The perfect arcade combo, IMO:

Double Dragon, NARC, and Mortal Kombat I, II, III.

agreed, that and a cocktail table style Pac Man and I would be a happy man.

If anyone is going to Chicago anytime soon, and you're an arcade game fan, you must go to the Museum of Science and Industry and go to the exhibit called Game On. They have everything from original Pong machines, to Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong. And then they have every console game you can imagine, and they're all playable. When I was there in August, my buddy and I stayed in the arcade section for the longest time.

Yeah, but those are expensive. I've seen prices in the $1,500-2,000 range.

New, they retail close to $3,000. Even used on e-bay, you'd be hard pressed to find one for under $2,000.

I have a 1979-vintage Missile Command machine. The full-sized arcade machine was the only one that ever got the controller right. I wanted to get a Spy Hunter and a Joust Machine, but have no place to put 'em.

I used to hang out with a guy that had one of those in his game room. The guys loved to play it for hours at a time.
