Yep, scouting work, talking a few pitches, working the count, making contact, all those things help chase a pitcher. A real shame Cardinals batters couldn't play ball.



Oswalt did the exact same to them, he did to us. Dominate for 2 or 3 rounds through the lineup, then runs into trouble. If we could have saked up like the Sox have, we could have easily chased him also.
