  • Savvis CEO is put on unpaid leave

Savvis Inc. Chief Executive Robert McCormick was placed on an unpaid leave of absence Monday, while the company investigates allegations that he ran up a $241,000 tab at a Manhattan topless club and charged it to his corporate American Express credit card.

I spent $220 at a strip club once.
You're being fucking dramatic. You own a TV and an air mattress. That's not exactly what I'd call "a lot to lose."

He can afford to pay the bill off himself. Instead of just quietly paying it off and move on, he had to be a cheapskate and now its blowing up in his face.

        This is an outrage.

He should consider chaining himself to the Savvis front gates.

He really should have paid it himself like Han said. Now he's in trouble. I just don't know what to make of that company. It's never given off an air of stability.

He probably figure it would be easier to sneak that $240,000 bill pass the corporate accountants than it would be to sneak it by his wife.

              This is ridiculous.

Not the bill, but the fact that he didn't invite me along.

I might have been able to see a bewbie for that much money.

              Then again, probably not.

And, frankly, it has never occured to me that "winning" a debate is important, or that I should be hurt when someone like Airshark or kah, among others (for whom winning a pseudo debate or declaring intellectual superiority over invisible others is obviously very important) ridicule me.
