Jenks is kinda like Ken Williams bullpen version of Chris Carpenter. Guy with elbow problems but a ton of potential, and he took the chance on him.

Jenks came up with the Angels. He had some social problems and some alcohol incidents while in their farm system. That wasn't the official cause of release, but I believe it was related.
He was sort of a phenom guy and the angels got to him first. He threw something at a pool party that almost hit an Angels exec's kid's head and soon after was gone.
