I think the umps do a good job overall. There are a few individuals that are terrible, though.

I think the DH needs to be abolished.

Who did they poll? This looks like a group umpires and MLB upper managements closest friends and relatives.

Same here.

DH's suck for so many reasons.
Of course you do.

I agree with CSD. Overall, the umpires are fine. But as in any large group, there are always going to be that handful that royally suck.

And unfortunately, I think all of them have gotten work this post season. I don't remember a lot of bad umpiring in the LDS's, but both LCS's were a joke.

41 percent like the ASG determining homefield.

That's just insane.

I think all those results can be ignored once you see question #1:

Are you a fan of professional baseball or not?

-Yes, 33 percent
-No, 64 percent
-Somewhat (volunteered), 4 percent

Well its good theyre coming to conclusions based on true fans of the game

Probably the same 41% that think Iraq had something to do w/ 9/11, that still feel Bush is a great president, that Paris Hilton deserves her fame, and think it's Chip and Steve's fault that the Cubs didn't go to the playoffs last year.

Given the overall stupidity of this country, I'm suprised the percentage liking the ASG thing is that low.
