• Let's call it a season

I love this place -- a group of Cardinal fans as goofy and passionate and strange as I am. Said it before, would say it again if I ever planned to watch another baseball game -- it wouldn't be near as fun to take this annual journey without all you losers.

Wait till next year.

Adam Dunn will make all the difference.

Thanks for your time, this time, until next time, so long....for just while.

The best thing about sports is how the seasons all seem to overlap.

I was overloaded for a moment with October MLB Baseball, NFL Football and NHL Hockey.

I loved every moment of it.

Now I don't have to spread myself so thin!

Fuck it. They should show up in Chicago and demand to play.
The noise was good, but I thought they phoned in a lot of the funk.

what i love about this time of yr is no matter what your baseball team does, you have 3 other sports to look forward to and hopefully you like at least one of them. when my spurs lose in the playoffs, that's harder to take.

Isn't Giles in his mid-thirties? I thought the goal was to get younger.
