I'm sure they're down now. The test of any team's fortitude is dealing with a dose of adversity.
I don't know what other Astros fans were doing on this forum last evening, but I stayed away. I refused to get mouthy until they secured the final out, which they didn't. 1980 against Philly, 1986 against the Mets, lasy year's game six, and now this. It's kind of like holding the winning lottery ticket, only to find that the officials declared the drawing a mistake.
I'm a little down, but I'm not ready to concede defeat, either.

Kev - the Stros have played well and there is much baseball to be played. I think the Cardinals will win based upon past history - just like you.
