    FIGHT CARD - 10/8/05:
Peters (Buf/HW/1-0) dec. vs. McGrattan (Ott/HW/0-1) - After an Ottawa goal, both decided to throw down. They squared off, then went back and forth with some big punches. Peters landed a shot that stunned McGrattan and almost sent him to his knees before the linesman came in.

Petrovicky (Atl/LW/1-0) dec. vs. Eminger (Was/LHW/0-1) - Kolzig started to stick a Thrasher, then a scrum ensued. These two came out of it with Eminger doing the throwing in the beginning. Petrovicky countered by landing a strong right that sent Eminger to a knee, then another one that landed flush. As the linesman came in, Petrovicky got in yet another good one.

Laperriere (Colo/MW/1-0) dec. vs. Morrow (Dal/LHW/0-1) - Laperriere started off by landing some jabs in close while getting Morrow's helmet off. Morrow played the defensive, trying to hold Laperriere off.

Arnott (Dal/HW/0-0-1) draw vs. Hinote (Colo/LW/No FM) - Arnott took a hit from Hinote that cut him up pretty good along the glass. Arnott went after Hinote and threw a few non-damaging punches before Guerin came in and threw a shot at Hinote's head. Laperriere also came in to join the scrap. Only Arnott got charged with a fighting major. Arnott had blood running down his face.

Walz (Min/LW/0-0-1) draw vs. Nash (Pho/LW/0-0-1) - After Nash put a hit on Shultz, he was ready to put another hit on another Wild player before icing was called. Walz then went after Gauthier. All of a sudden, everyone on the ice was in a scrum. Nash came out of it with Walz in what was a hugfest.
