Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Mark Buehrle told Sports Illustrated that he's still a fan of his hometown Cardinals: "I still root for them. Last year I went to see them play in the first round of the playoffs and the World Series. I grew up watching them. If I sign a lifetime deal with the White Sox, I'll be happy. But if the White Sox ever decide that they don't want me, and the Cardinals do, I would love to go home and play for them."
