i don't think he's been himself since he hit 30 or maybe even before that. its been some time, esp at some points i thought he had retired or was at least considering it. still, hard to imagine he's 36 since my hockey mind in ages is always stuck in the mid 90s

Yup, and he's been dealing with this hip flexor problem for a couple of years now.
