He'll be fine until the back-nine on Sunday.

Sorry to say...but he will be out of it by then...

He is the definition of panicking under pressure...especially if Tiger is in the lead or sniffing around him...

Personally...he's just about the most over-rated golfer around...but he has tremendous touch around the green...

His flop shots with his wedges are a thing of beauty...too bad he isnt a "winner"..

It seems to me like Mickelson usually plays quite well until the middle holes of Sunday during majors. Then he chokes it away and finishes second or third. But I'm not a major golf follower so I don't know for sure.

Golf is my sport of choice...at least at my age ..

Mickelson is always in the hunt...but, it also depends on who he is paired with...he hates being paired with someone who he knows is better than him..just kills his concentration...

When he has been paired with Tiger...he always seems to fall apart...

Show me a lack of mental toughness...

Mickelson.."Greatest golfer never to have won a Major"..is a dubious title to say the least...and very fitting.

Mickelson is too much of a gambler.

He'll get lucky and get the 800 lb. gorilla off his back one of these days, though.

Personally, I like Lefty. I like his go-for-it attitude. Unfortunately that doesn't always bode well in golf.

He reminds me of Costner in Tin Cup when he takes the drop about 10 times at the end just to prove he can make the shot.

I agree he's a choker who lacks mental toughness. That's why I said he'll be fine until the back-nine on Sunday (implying that he'll choke it away at the end again).
