  • Are we good or what?

Was playing around on ESPN web site, and called up National League standings.

There's a word for this: dominance. Soon to be repeated in playoffs:

    St. Louis 96 57 .627 ---
    Atlanta 86 67 .562 10
    Houston 84 69 .549 12
    Philadelphia 82 71 .536 14
    Florida 79 73 .520 16.5
    Washington 77 75 .507 18.5
    San Diego 76 76 .500 19.5

Am I correct that, in spite of our gaudy lead, we have .500 or less records against four of the six teams we lead?

I don't know, this still looks like a tit to me...

        I agree with Davhaf.....Kaiser March 9,2004

Mick Jagger is in better shape than far too many NBA players. It's up in the air whether the same can be said of Keith Richards.

Not to take anything away from the St. Louis Cardinals, but the NL overall this year is just not good.

Very true, but neither, really, is the American League. Every team over there has serious flaws. It's why we're going to win the World Series.

I'm not sure, but I think some of those records were compiled against the boys from Memphis. You've got to factor that in, too.

Can't argue with that, except maybe the Cleveland Indians.

I like that team a lot, but they don't have many players with any playoff experience, and I really think that helps when the lights shine brightest. But....if they win the first round, and get some confidence, look out.

They still ain't gonna beat us.

Any good pics show up on that Google search? I'd go down on a lawman for a full blown shot of her wonderful 'tocks.

Edit: Just noticed that that last statement makes me either inhumanly gay or incredibly straight.....the duality of it all
