What's interesting is that next season, thanks to the NFL's new TV deal, NBC will have the rights to all highlights up until midnight on Sundays, meaning at the very least, Primetime won't be in its customary 7:30 slot.

When he says "all the highlights"...does he mean all the highlights, including Fox and CBS? I can't imagine that at all...

It probably means they get to show all the highlights, where right now CBS and Fox can only show highlights from games on their network.
