I'm looking forward to the Purdue-Arizona game. I took my son to the U of A ticket office yesterday to pick up his tickets for tonights game. Afterwards we went inside McHale Center to look around. There was Lute and the entire mens basketball team. Lute was showing a recruit around and the team was doing some pick-up games. I yelled at Lute and he came over and talked to my son and I for about 10 minutes. The recruit he had with him is from New Jersey and this is his first visit. His name is Lance Thomas. Nice kid.

Mick Jagger is in better shape than far too many NBA players. It's up in the air whether the same can be said of Keith Richards.

I'm going to the Ohio State-SDSU game at 3:30, last night when I got home I checked to see when all the games started, and to my surprise, pretty much every big game this week starts at or after 7:30 PM...so as TBF said, I'm glad I won't miss anything.

I think it could be a tough game for Purdue...they are expected to be a force this year, but typically games against teams like Arizona on the road are the games they really struggle with...
You're being fucking dramatic. You own a TV and an air mattress. That's not exactly what I'd call "a lot to lose."

She's on ESPN News once in a while.

I know who you're talking about, but her name escapes me.

There was just a bad call by the refs that was obviously going to be overturned on replay, and she called it very nicely. Didn't get all worked up about it like a lot of other play-by-play people do...saw the replay, made the call, moved on to another topic while they had time.

Is there anything more sickening than listening to Pat Haden slobber over the greatness of every Notre Dame player? It's made worse by the fact that I'm fairly certain Haden went to USC.
