Output isn't the issue.

Refining capacity and refinery usage is the problem.

If you were an oil company right now would you increase refining capacity?

It went down to $3.09 overnight....BASTARDS!

The way it was going up & up, I thought i'd be a fool to wait....

We had a geological sciences professor from UT come and give a speech where he claimed the world had only used a trillion barrels of oil, and there were more than 3 trillion barrels left untapped.

I wonder if he's in the majority opinion on the subject or a friendly voice, since oil drilling and refining are the lifeblood of our local economy.

I have been stopping at $30 regardless of if it fills the tank up or not. Luckily for me, it has been pretty damn close. Tues. night I did fill it up - $29. WOOT!

I've got a perfect solution to this "gas price" thing.

Call your congressman and complain about the high price of gas.

Encourage him (or her) to talk to the powers-that-be and "lobby" for alternative fuel sources.
