  • So will Houston pull this thing out

I hope so. I relish the thought of taking on the Padres in a 5 game series.

Hopefully. And ideally knock off the Braves in the DS. San Diego--Houston would be the easiest path one could ask for to a pennant.

its great and all that we'd get to face San Diego in the 1st round, but don't forget we then could face Houston in the NLCS.

Yes, I know we swept Clemens, Oswalt, and Pettitte just after the ASB but do we really want to see them in a 7-game series?

Yup. 'Cause we're better than them, because they can't hit, and because we've beaten them 11 times in 14 games this year.

We're gonna face Florida in the first round.

And Atlanta gets to play the AAA team in the first round.

And the best record in baseball is once again completely meaningless.

Given the choice of Atlanta or Houston in the NLCS, give me Houston, we own them. Except for Izzy.

                Yes.

                Only it won't be a seven-game series.

Astros are pissing me off. I thought if they were good for anything it would be to win some games at home. I still think they will pull it out for us though.

That's not a good thing for the Cardinals.

Some of y'all need to stop being scared of other teams. The Marlins don't have the best record in the NL. We do.
