Gosh, it's minorly tempting to watch that but I really can't. Too much stuff to do today that I didn't do yesterday.

I remember that night. I went to bed before the game was over. I was pissed off and couldn't bear to watch the cubs advance. I wrote a I Hate Dusty Baker Because... post at another board and went to sleep. My alarm was set to KMOX in the morning and I woke to this quote by dusty: "this is not because of some curse"

I smiled larger than I had smiled in a while. I knew right then that the cubs had lost.

Whew.

Fox REALLY played that up. They made it a point to show as many shots of distraught, crying Cubs fans as possible during Games 6 and 7. One of the best decisions Fox ever made!
