  • ? for you casino experts.

I have a brother in law that was in a serious car accident several years ago. He had serious brain damage, unlike mine. :P Anyway, he is 40'ish and retired with a pension from Boeing and social security. He lives on his own but really shouldn't but my mother in law feeds him every day and is getting on her nerves with how he runs out of money every month. We have discovered that he is going on the boat however often, we don't know. I have taken on the task of helping him with a budget and trying to save some money for a rainy day. Bottom line, I know there is a way for someone to be outed from the casinos but is it a thing that only that person can sign up for or can a family member sign him up to be refused entry? He really doesn't need to be spending any money at the boat whatsoever but I would like to make it impossible to even go on them at all. Does anyone know the answer to this? I need some help keeping him out of the casinos. Thanks.

A family member cannot put someone on the exclusion list unless they are the guardian.

That's what I was afraid of. That doesn't make sense though if the person does not have sound reasoning. Do you think it would help to call the state Patrol? I know that they oversee the casinos, right? Am I wasting my time?
