I think he admitted he took a cream from his trainer, did he say he did roids? Or do we just assume that is what he was doing?
And all players today fall into the same pot, I just assume they all did it, and enjoy the game.
I'm not going to sit and watch baseball and try to figure out who to root for and not root for.[/b][/quote]
Does it matter if he said it was roids or not. He admitted he used the cream. We know the cream was steroids. You'd have to be incredibly naive to think that Bonds didn't know what he was taking was steroids.
And no, not all players fall into the same spot. Some do walk around with extra suspicion cast on them. There are signs to look for, and those that display a number of these are guys that are looked at suspiciously. No one can reasonaly suspect Omar Vizquel of being on steroids. There are myriad reasons to suspect someone like Bonds.

Fine, but you gotta admit the guy is just a monster.
Missed all that time and comes back just mashing the ball.

MVP! He's most valuable to his team!

Just like every other player in the game "might" be doing.
At this point is anyone "clean"
I just want to watch the game, I know some might be on the juice, what can you do?
I think all you can do is look at every player in this ERA and know they might be juiced and enjoy the show.
A juiced ball looks just as cool going into the bay as a non juiced ball.
Just enjoy the game.

There's a difference, though. It's not a "might" with Bonds; he admitted he used steroids. Now, he claimed he didn't know what they were, but he used steroids. What can you do? Not cheer for known cheaters.

The guy hits a HR, it's a HR.
Just enjoy the game, I happen to hate Big Mac, but you know what? Almost no other player in the game was more fun to watch swing a bat than he was, and if he did roids or not will never change that.
And this goes for all sports, football is probably more roid ridden than baseball. Who cares, enjoy the game for what it is. they might be jacked up, they might not be. I just wanna watch the game.
