      The one CNN reporter left, said that the Fire Dep't found a way to use the floodwater as a source

      Guessing that they are using the engine as a generator; how long that lasts, who knows

        It is common for fire fighters to use standing water to fight fires.

        Prngr44 can explain it wen he gets here.

          When they first reported it they mentioned that the equipment to pump the standing water wasn't available...sounds like they got it to the scene now.
