  • Alex Rodriguez projected to reach 500 HR

From what I'm looking at, Alex Rodriguez is projected to hit #500 a month or so before his 32nd birthday. Would he be the youngest to reach that mark?

    Frick Bonds, let's go ARod!

EDIT: Scratch what I said earlier. Based on a projection of 42 per year at the end of age 36, Albert is projected to hit 595 home runs. Based on the same projections, Alex Rodriguez is projected to hit 680 home runs.

Albert Pujols projection to hit #500 is when he is 33 1/2.

Well, since Albert is probably like 38, I'd say his chances are slim...

but since Albert is Albert, I think he might have like 5 or 7 WS rings by the time he is done. I think it all might start in 2005.

            that is my official projection.

              He's overrated because he's paid a lot.

                that is my official projection.

I'll take that over 755. And so would Albert, since he is team first.

Yes, it logically follows that the best player in the game who worked hard to become a Gold Glove shortstop and then willingly switched to 3b for his team is not a team player.
