    Hey Kool-Aiders!

    As you know, I am now in charge of this group.

    But I expect everyone to do their share to keep La Russa in office. So please identify yourselves publically as being down with the cause, and tell us what particular assets you bring to the organization.

    Season starts Monday. Cody McKay may make this team. So I expect some battles right away.

    Cody McKay last time I checked was hitting almost .150 this spring. He earned his spot. Nuff said.

        "Almost" being the operative word. Anything less than "almost" a .150 BA is unacceptable for a Major League player.

          Reggie - is this true? I didn't read about it in our Newsletter:

            Cody's got great intangibles. His salary is too low, though. Hopefully Walt will come through with a long-term deal.

                      You guys could talk about Cody's hair and stuff.

                      It won't make me think he should be here, but at least you would have something good to say about him or something.
