    Last cut may not be kind to Hart, Hunter, Brown

    JUPITER, Fla. - The Cardinals' flight to Memphis today will leave with 28 players, 16 of them position players. The flight to St. Louis Saturday night, at the conclusion of the two-game exhibition series against the Class AAA team, will leave with 25.

      I hope Hart saved the money he made last year.

      So do we have only four outfielders, with Taguchi the backup? Or will Tony Womack get some playing time in the outfield? Will McKay be the backup 1B/3B?

                      Emil Brown and Kevin Witt deserved to make this team.

                      Mckay did not perform well enough to make this team.

                      I don't understand what their thinking is keeping three catchers.

                            If Widger is on the team, HE is the back up and McKay will play other positions.

                            If it were up to me, LUNA would be on this team playing all INF positions every day.
