Many more than Mellencamp. Pearl Jam has atleast 3 all time great albums and they have never made a bad one. Cannot say that for Mellencamp. Add intheir B-side work which one could argue is some of their best stuff and Pearl Jam is the hands down winner. Also I think you have to weigh in the other projects that members of PJ have been. Green River, the great Mother Love Bone, Temple of the Dog, Mad Season, Brad just to mention a few.
