News: Sammy Sosa was not in camp on Sunday after a ball bounced off his head on Saturday. "He's lucky he didn't get seriously hurt," Dusty Baker told the Chicago Sun-Times.

Sammy, wear a batting helmet when playing rf, buddy. It works for Olerud.

There has got to be a pic of that somewhere.

Sammy, you're a better fielder when you use the glove to catch the ball, and even then, you're still a defensive liability.

I saw this on SC. I laughed. It's sure to make their not top ten for this week. (Actually, being Saturday, it probably already did.)

Sosa's fine, he played in the game today against the Angels.

                oh, it's just my buddies.

their team is slated to do well this year, so I will be putting up with a lot of smack talk. Already have.

When the Cards were doing well and slated to win and stuff, I was nice and hardly ever mentioned stuff.

So now when I see the Angels play this year, I have to capitalize when they do poorly and stuff. I dont' really like watching baseball that way, but I am already being made fun of cos we got Lankford. I couldn't explain stuff about Ray cos they moved onto making fun of Womack and so I eventually just hung up... It was kind of all in fun, but you know...

Update: Dusty Baker later added, "If it was a white guy during the day that got his noggin rocked, he would have had to go on the DL."

Yeah, but techinally said white guy would be on the bench, being a day game and all.
