I work at a tech center for a PC based credit card processing software.
One of our products offered is akin to an online database of your checking/savings account, only this one affords a merchant the opprotunity to see what credit cards they've processed over the last nine months. It comes with multiple recording and reports options.
Anyway, we had a caller who stated that he could not access some of the reports. (those reports are on popup screens). We suggested tha he leave his anti-virus in effect, but remove a layer, or two of his firewall protection.
About 30 minutes later his boss calls back rather hot and bothered. He says that he "see no logical reason why he must tear down two walls of his building, just to get that on-line report to appear".
I kid you not, we started rolling the aisles.
