  • Two golf thoughts

How many of you could identify with Adam Scott's second shot on 18 today?

How many of you noticed that, not only does Scott have Tiger's swing, he uses Tiger's fist pump action when he wins?

Having only a two shot lead coming into the 18th green, I´m sure even an amatuer could have pushed that ball right of the water. Not sure how that happened.

no clue about the 2nd shot on 18. I never saw it

Tiger and Scott had the same coach so that explains that part.

By the way, John Daly qualified for the Masters by virtue of earnings after today's tourney.

Great tournament and finish yesterday. Really glad he made the putt. Losing in that manner could have had long term negative implications for Scott.

Had the pleasure of playing the course a couple of times last spring. Pete Dye is a devilish genius. Last three holes are just amazing. Could totally relate to Scott as I double-crossed/yanked it into the lake after hitting a bail out tee shot right.

Players is the 5th major. Very stern test. Incomparable field. Huge payday.

Speaking of golf, what a beautiful day.

I'm going to play after work. Anyone else play today?

Does Forest Park still have a course? I've always wanted to play there but never did.
