Since I'm preparing to fire up the Weber, I thought I might get the insight and input of my fellow loungers.

Do you barbecue alot? What is your carnage of choice for grilling? And what's the best way to prepare said sustenance?

        Medium rare is the best.

I always add garlic powder and seasoned salt to my meat as it's on the grill.

Sweet Baby Ray's honey bbq sause is the bizzatch.

Sweet Baby Ray's is what I use, also.

          It's the shizzle, for sure.

Isn't this another of the establishments pimped by KFNS?

If so, how could you stoop so low Grote? :P

I like a good chicken breast as well as anything else. When I'm cooking chicken on a Weber, I separate the coals after they're grayed in order to get indirect heat. Take the skin off, and cook it for 20-25. Breast meat doesn't need to be cooked as long as thigh or leg. Don't know why, maybe dusty does.

Three decent sauces you can buy off the shelf are KC Masterpiece, Sweet Baby Rays, and Tony Romas brand.

              That's just me, tho.

I like everthing grilled and barbecued.

Fish even comes out fantastic. My favorites are catfish and salmon.

As for sauce, I still like Maul's.
