Hopefully we see a lot of that type of 3 pitcher games this year.

        That's all we need.

Womack's with the A club? He'd been playing with the minor league teams up until now...

If he's on the 25-man on opening day, so should Marlon Anderson be. Let them fight it out for 2B.

          My Bench:

C: Chris Widger (or Cody McKay - no big loss either way)
1B/3B: Kevin Witt - Is the only LH power option on the bench
2B/SS: Womack or Anderson - whichever's not starting
OF: Kerry Robinson (with Lankford in LF)
OF: So Taguchi (Looks like he's making the team, but I'd take Emil Brown instead)

Luna (via a trade) and Hart go to AAA.

I still say Anderson should be the opening day starter. He has the better history (as pathetic as that is) and is younger. I'd be OK - not thrilled - with Womack on the bench.

              Morris put up great numbers.

              6IP, 5K, 0BB, 4H

I'd rather have Gall on the bench than Witt and his mighty 205 average.

Also, why the hell is Delgado still in Major League camp?

Jack, a survey question should be 'Would you rather have Simo or Calero in the final bullpen slot?' I say Simo.

I think So's more likely to make the team at this point. Remember, Emil hasn't had an entire P-D article written about him, yet. That's kinda why I included him.

I'd be OK with either one. So's a good defensive outfielder - can play an excellent CF, too, and has been reasonably successful against LH pitching, if memory serves (it usually doesn't).

Idunno, I guess Emil's a bit of a wild card, given his lack of success in th majors so far. But I'd be fine trying him out, and demoting him or DFA'in him if it doesn't work.

Remember last year when Vina, Cairo, Drew, Marrero, and Girardi were all hurt simultaneously and TLR was moaning about how mediocre the bench was because of all the injuries?

If he thought it was bad then, I can only imagine what he's going to think of it now.

I'd rather have Delgado on the team.
