  • Ray Lankford -- Spring Training Hero

I for one am thrilled to see it.

At the risk of sounding like a lot of the dolts on Cards Talk..... Ray was always one of my favorite Cardinals.

I'm certainly glad that Smurf didn't get a chance to win it when they walked him to face Ray.

I certainly hope Ray can have a good season.

    Winston,

I think Ray has surprised everyone with the quality of his play this Spring. He has certainly earned the right to make the team -- at least as a bench player.

    Thanks

Does anyone think that Ray will make the starting line-up?? Pujols at 1B...outfield position open...I think he may actually be a starter...god knows he's better than K-Flop and So-So...

I think he's going to be the opening day left fielder.

          is that good or bad?

I did like rayray, until he pulled his little crybaby stunt at the end.

Better hitter, even as a whiff-prone old fogey, than KRob. Ray should be the starting LF.

I must agree w/ kah on this one :o I've always liked Ray, and it's good to see him doing better.

I'll be there giving him a standing O.

He needs to put the 16 back on. 12 doesn't look right.

It tells you how shitty our GM and manager and team are since we have to put up with mediocre Ray Ray again.
