me and a buddy were talking about pujols's contract, and a guy that was sitting around us goes, "yeah, didn't he get like a million or something?" and we started making fun of it. but we got to wondering who the first person was to sign a million dollar contract. the answer is at the tip of my tongue, but i couldn't think of it. does anyone know?
