  • Kentucky's loss and St. Louis economy

I don't know if this was reported anywhere in the St. Louis media, but I heard on espn radio yesterday that, had Kentucky beaten UAB Sunday, St. Louis was expecting 25,000 fans this weekend. Now, only 1000 UAB fans are expected, which translates into an over $10,000,000 hit to the St. Louis economy this weekend.

        Blame Bush.
Asked what he would do differently in Iraq, Kerry said, "Right now, what I would do differently is, I mean, look, I'm not the president, and I didn't create this mess so I don't want to acknowledge a mistake that I haven't made."

Bush wants to outsource the UAB fans for cheaper fans from India.
