Is there still all sorts of construction in front of it?

I was at a show down there in November and it made getting around kind of hard...

Official Lounge Sponsor of Lou Brock (really) and Ryan Franklin (really)*

I was a proponent of putting the new ballpark in that area (putting in some infrastracture, of course)...would've blended smoothly w/ the Loop area w/in walking distance...

Oh well, we are stuck with a square peg in a round hole...

fucking sick ideas like that are why you can't get a job in this town!
. . . and to tell you this: I work with gays, have friends who are gay, go to church with gays. Most of them are aware that I believe that homosexual behavior is sin. Some of them actually agree. Most don't. It's OK . . . because they also know or at least have been made aware of my multitude of sins: adulterous heart, lustful and covetous behavior, wicked pride, angry spirit . . . do I need to go on?

the infrastructure issues would have been huge...downtown has to be a priority for redevelopment, as do the inner suburbs....see what is happening in maplewood...on manchester in the city...we need more of that.
Yeah, they would've been large (and I mentioned that in my initial post)...

Come back to me when that Ballpark Village is fully developed in the year 2170.....

i don't think they will have any trouble finding partners to help develop that area almost immediately. the cupples wharehouses are going to be nice
I like the idea of having Couples Station FINALLY being used for something (remember when A-B was going to put the Arena there?)....

I just don't like the Cardinals putting it @ that spot....
