gosh, i knew he was older, but i wouldn't have expected 62. that's sad, i remember watching him and the others, guess i finally really have to realize that the old MTV really is gone

Wow, I must getting old. I can still remember J.J. doing the MTV News from the basement, and even unmasking Kiss. I wasn't a Kiss fan back in the day - I'm still not, but anyways - but there was something about the way they made the news seem like it had to be watched by all.
RIP JJ, and thanks for the memories.
