  • Kerry gets his first offical endorsement

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/artic...-2004Mar17.html

MADRID, March 17 -- Prime Minister-elect Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero on Wednesday described the U.S. occupation of Iraq as "a fiasco" and suggested American voters should follow the example set by Spain and change their leadership by supporting Sen. John F. Kerry of Massachusetts for president in November.

Imagine that, a socialist endorses Kerry.
Asked what he would do differently in Iraq, Kerry said, "Right now, what I would do differently is, I mean, look, I'm not the president, and I didn't create this mess so I don't want to acknowledge a mistake that I haven't made."

      Perhaps Castro will be next.
And, frankly, it has never occured to me that "winning" a debate is important, or that I should be hurt when someone like Airshark or kah, among others (for whom winning a pseudo debate or declaring intellectual superiority over invisible others is obviously very important) ridicule me.

I can't imagine anyone endorsing Kerry. He's a .500 pitcher even with his good stuff. That said, I endorse his performance in game 7 of the Marlins series.

                Screw Zapatero...

He's lucky that the Spainish cowered and ran for cover...instead of demanding justice...

If there was any hope of voting for Kerry...this runied it...

I swear if Schroder and Chirac endorse him....it's over..

Massachusetts liberals don't have a good feel for America.

Kerry is a working class guy.
