Does anybody know any good music/sports stations to listen to while I'm at work?

For sports, I'd prefer an STL station -- but there's no way I'm paying to listen to KFNS.

    Any ideas will be accepted...thanks.

You're in Chicago and you're not listening to the Score? I'm a Blues and Cards fan, and a St. Louis native, but after living in Chicago for 10 years, I became a Score junkie. It's one of the biggest things I miss now that we've moved.
