      Looks like another solid outing for Carpenter. Maybe he really is going to be a solid starter this season.

                You bet. He HAS to make the team. That is iffy should only be a function of his health.

                If his stuff is back to last year level...he is a lock and is 2nd only to Izzy in the pen as a KO artist.
