How the hell do you do it?

I'm loving the game, but, while EA certainly isn't known for their extensive manuals, the one for this game absolutely blows. What button do you need to hit when the 'charge mound available' option pops up to actually charge the mound?

hell i can't figure out how to slide using the keyboard. anyone know which button it is (I'm a morron for missing it i know but can't find my manual right now)

To charge the mound on the x-box, you have to press Y after you are hit by a pitch. I only know this because when I got hit about 10 minutes ago, it told me to press Y.

any one know if you can earn points in the dynasty mode, i have tried and failed, am i doing something wrong? I have the PC version

You can get points in dynasty mode, at least once again on Xbox. However if you don't save your user profile before you exit your dynasty, you will lose your points.

I am tempted to bring Lou Brock and Bob Gobson into my Cardinal team, it will clear up the lead-off problem, the LF problem and provide a true number 1 ace.
