  • Time to go to the accountant tonight and see how

I'm just kidding. I think I should probably be paying more taxes. I just wanted to see how many people would rush to call me a hypocrite. I really am going to the accountant tonight though. First time ever as a married man. Do married people have it better or worse than singles?

Generally better, depending on the disparity in your salaries tho.

2003 me and the wife paid in single all year, plus it was the first full year of home mortgage interest. We married at the end of the year and filed jointly. Man did we rake in. I'm in the process of buying a boat .

Asked what he would do differently in Iraq, Kerry said, "Right now, what I would do differently is, I mean, look, I'm not the president, and I didn't create this mess so I don't want to acknowledge a mistake that I haven't made."

            chazz -

when i got married and didn't have mortgage or kids to deduct - we got hit hard the first 2 years of our marriage due to the increases of our salary.

when we finally got a mortgage we were able to soften the blow of the higher salary.

wished i could get 5 or 10 kids by now so i can deduct more

            han solo
