  • It's Stone Temple Pilots Day

If you don't like STP, there is a public official waiting in San Francisco to join you and your life partner together in holy matrimony.

My favorite album of theirs is Purple. Start to finish, great stuff. I also thought they were the best band on The Crow soundtrack.

I really haven't heard anything about them lately....Is Weiland still alive? Are they still together? Who knows. All I know is they seem to be better together than apart. Weiland's solo album? Ok. Talk Show? Ok.

Please feel free to post your favorite STP memory.

I saw them here at Riverport just before they hit it big.

I really liked them. Too bad Weiland is a fuck-up.
    RIP Chris Jones 1971-2009
    You'll never be forgotten.

They also did a pretty decent job on the Zeppelin tribute album.

Are they that band that has that song that I play REALLY unbelievably LOUD in my particular mode of transportation?

                    Or is that someone else?

I was just listening to it yesterday driving between STL and DeSoto.

                          No they didn't.

                          Everyone sucked on that.

I am a led head and don't take too kindly to other folks messing with perfection.
