What about Jim Leyland? He is currently a scout within the organization, he's old but so was the Marlins manager this year.

Jim Leyland has stated numerous times he doesn't want to manage again. And as for Whitey, no thanks.

I doubt Torre sees the end of this contract. I'm surprised he would resign with the Yankees.
