  • Terrell Owens to Ravens

    TO to Bally

The 49ers traded wide receiver Terrell Owens to the Ravens for a second-round choice in this year's draft, the 51st overall pick. The Ravens will pick up the final three years of Owens' contract valued at around $17 million.

He and Ray Lewis can have a daily ego tourney.

Actually....this will be pretty cool. The first time TO loafs or mouths off Lewis will probably bend him like Gumby.

this is either the best or worst thing that could happen to Marvin's goal of making the Bungles a playoff team.

I, for one, liked what I saw out of Boller. He had few weapons and as a rook did fairly well, and getting your first year as one to go out and fuck up as yo please helps, as we see in Peyton.

Ray will keep him in line, no doubt. You don't back talk to that guy.

Ok, that fits. Now I can hate the Ravens and TO together. Saves me energy.

That's the astute analysis that I've come to expect from you, SLUEY.

Even if Boller doesn't play and Anthony Wright does play, Owens will be happier in Baltimore because the one thing Wright does well is throw the ball down field. You need a very strong-willed locker room to have Owens on the team and the Ravens have that.

Good deal for the 49ers. I didn't think they'd be able to get more than a fourth-rounder for him. Not that it matters anyway--Donahue will waste the pick.

                        Well,

If TO can return to form

The ravens now have the most dominating defensive player and the most dominating offensive player.

Billick is lickin his chops. For a second rounder.

This might be a big move, since Bally may not be running the ball next year much.........
