I just hope they fix it. It took me an hour to get through Wed night and then I couldn't find any of the tables that others from the lounge had set up. I ended up going to bed.

Does it fix the bug that causes me to lose all my money when pgrote shows up?

            Right.

We should describe the game more, um, realistically.

Frame it in the right context.

I took $70 from you and that's all that's really important. Nothing else matters.

Yes, and I'll come clean about last night. It was a $10-20 limit game between just me and pgrote. No limit would have been a lot better but I didn't set it up correctly.

I was just happy I finally got onto the damn site.

I just found out through research that the site is now load balancing across two server farms based on the join date of your user ID.

There is no way to overcome this that I can see.

I have two IDs I use. One has $96,000 in it. The other has a little over 5.

This morning I wanted to combine them and grab the screen shot of the 100 grand before I retired.

Alas, I tried three different machines, with the three different IPs using the standalone and Java clients.

No matter what, the user IDs went to differing servers.

So basically, if I'm on one server and others from the lounge are on another, we won't be able to play together unless we re-enroll and get put on the same server (by chance)?

If that's true, that sucks. Time to find a new site to play on.

                        retire?

are you not going to play anymore Grote?

so basically there are some of us who will never see eachother online again unless we re register?

                          Sounds like it.

I don't know if it's due to their site being very busy or what, but it seems the server you are on is predetermined regardless of what client you use. It's based on ID.

I thought it would be fun to go into the 100/200 NL speed tables and go all in on them.
