Where in the hell do the Skins get all this money for FAs every year?

They have this owner who owns the world...or something like that.
If you believe in something sacrifice a hobo to it or don't bother.

Sure, but doesn't he have to live with the same cap we have?

They've got two years to win...they're going to be in cap hell in 2006.

They also signed Cornelius Griffin, who was fantastic as a rookie in 2000 but hasn't played anywhere close to that level since. Springs gets a $10 million signing bonus on a six-year deal ($30 million); Griffin's is a six-year deal with an $8 million bonus ($25.5 million). The Redskins are going to have to cut half their team in 2006.

                  Ok. That is fine.

Because two years after that they'll be clean.

The Redskins still have a ways to go before being a playoff caliber team.
I'd agree if it weren't for the Gibbs factor. I think he's going to do some shocking things with the team.

not with the uncapped year following.

I can't stress how much that will be able to be abused in the next few years....and the players love it.
